It was the moment everyone was waiting for at the Grammys: Lady Gaga’s tribute to David Bowie, who passed away Jan. 10 at the age of 69.
She hit numerous Bowie classics, including Changes, Ziggy Stardust, Rebel Rebel and Suffragette City.
The evening also included tributes to the Eagles Glenn Fry, who passed away at age 67 on Jan. 18, and Motorhead’s Lemmy, who died last year at the age of 70.
Foo Fighters Dave Grohl said Lemmy was the real deal.
“A lot of us play rock’n’roll, but not a lot of us are rock’n’roll,” Grohl said. “Lemmy was rock’n’roll. He was a rebel and an outsider. He was a one of a kind and a way of life. He was Motorhead.” – Sarah and Jeff
