My family was walking along 4th Street SW last night, heading to Wurst for a birthday dinner.
I ordered the roasted tomato soup and the kale salad. It was delicious, but I should have ordered the giant appetizer pretzel. WHO’S HAD THE PRETZEL??
Pretzels are my absolute favourite carb. I get them whenever we go to Okotoks Dawgs games; they’re best when loaded with mustard. I’ve also had one at Mr. Pretzels in Market Mall and you can buy them in the bread section at Edelweiss Village and heat them up yourself in the oven at home.
As we were headed to Wurst for dinner, I noticed a napkin stuck on a tree: “Painting found! To claim call … and describe.”
How do you lose a painting?
I lost my car keys a few years ago while out grocery shopping. I obviously dropped them in the parking lot or the store, but I looked for hours and never found them.
What have you lost – big or small?
Remember the great story from a few weeks ago about the woman who found her ring stuck on a carrot 13 years after she lost it?
“After a few weeks of searching without luck, Grams decided to buy a replacement — hoping her husband wouldn’t notice. Despite the obvious differences, he never questioned her about it.”
