Jaromir Jagr has landed.
The 45-year-old mega star missed last night’s 3-0 loss to the Edmonton Oilers (dang you, Connor McDavid and your beautiful hat trick!) but is now in Cowtown and ready to play.
Check out the full Calgary Flames press conference HERE. Jagr talks about wanting to play for a Canadian team, needing a bit of time to get in the groove and how much longer he’d really like to play.
With 1,914 points (765 goals, 1,149 assists), Jagr is second only to Wayne Gretzky in all-time NHL scoring and has two Stanley Cups from his time with the Pittsburgh Penguins – 1991 and 1992.
Calgary Flames coach Glen Gulutzan says Jagr is a really funny guy. Check out the interview HERE.
