Former Stampeder granted bail
_News Talk 770

Former Stampeders running back Joffrey Reynolds was granted bail by a justice of the peace following his arrest, however he is currently in custody and had a meeting with Immigration officials Monday afternoon at the Harry Hays building.
His familiar number 21 red jersey has been replaced with blue remand centre clothing.   Reynolds was led out of the Immigration offices with a jacket covering up handcuffs on his hands and his gait affected by the shackles on his legs.
Canada Border Services has been unavailable for comment but Reynolds is obviously dealing with an immigration matter following his arrest on the weekend.
He was charged early Saturday morning with assault after an alleged attack on a former girlfriend at an Eau Claire residence.
Reynolds court case has been put over to July 26th.   He was released by the Stampeders after losing his job last season to Jon Cornish.
